Cochise had a great start: First time out, 5-point Major Reserve and Best Puppy from the 6-9 class at the GSDC of Anne Arundel. He was also the 2008 Canadian National 12-18 male; and was second 12-18 male at the US National. More recently, Cochise earned a 4-point Major under Barb Hefner from the 12-18 class during the Jan. 2009 Florida circuit. And in March 2009, he went WD for a 3-point major under Bob Funk. He finished with a Group win from the classes, and earned Canadian Select under Mary Ellen Kish at the 2009 National.
Cochise continued his career in performance, achieving his Performance Award of Merit.
